Happy November!

November is the beginning to the “thankful season”! Even though our times may be chaotic, we can always find ways to be grateful and thankful. Given the location and high visibility in downtown Basalt, as well as the reputation of a well-established business, I must confess this sale took a lot longer to happen than I thought! The sellers had multiple offers, including one that kept us under contract for many months (only to terminate after multiple extensions). And yet, it only takes one buyer… as the saying goes. The buyers are locals … and the sellers are thrilled to be selling to highly-regarded, entrepreneurial brother and sister partnership. Congratulations to both the sellers and to the buyers!
