Happy October!

October is my favorite month! It’s when everything turns from the exuberance of summer, to the mellow mood of gold leaves … in preparation for turning within with the cold. This year adds a new component regarding how to deal with connection while we are still fighting the coronavirus. The addition of a video message (see below) is my personal greeting to all of you.

As you will see in the Successfully Sold section above, I sold Country Club Townhome #55 in Snowmass Village a few weeks ago. My Newsletter has promoted the townhome a couple of times. It is one property that became quite popular with the influx of buyers during the last few months. The townhomes function as single-family homes without all the work. They also offer great access to the ski slopes and golf. The HOA is very strong with great service … owners feel like they are getting their money’s worth.
