As we greet the new year, let’s enthusiastically embrace the challenges and opportunities before us! Surely, we can take the lessons of 2020 and make 2021 bright, healthy and prosperous!

I am very excited to announce the first issue of the “Mid-Valley Market Report”! As far as we know, this is the one-and-only report of its kind for down valley. The market trends are reported from 2004 through year-end 2020 with current market stats from January 7th, 2021. Hopefully, you find it easy to read and full of interesting information.
