Sometimes you just gotta do what gotta to do … what can I say?

My husband, Dennis, and I have just about anything and everything a soul could want. Our lives are blessed with good health and a loving family. We have not only survived, but thrived during the pandemic. What more could I want … except a puppy?

We have Rico who lost his pal, Rosie. She was our pal, too. So now we have Maria. What crazy, reckless joy these two bring to us!

Our adventure with this puppy is one of the many things I want to remember, to be grateful for during this last 15 months. All of us have had our challenges. I am sure you have, too. If you are like us, your response to everything we have faced may have surprised you. In many ways for the better! We have learned so much! Not only personally, but also from those who have suffered beyond imagination. The magic of remembering what is important to you makes all the difference. Reckless joy is on the top of my list! Inventory in 2021 compared to 2020 and 2019 is extremely low - months supply of inventory is 77.5% lower than last year. Total listing inventory is down 63%! Days on market has also decreased 18% since last year, indicating that inventory is not sitting on the market as last as it did in 2020 and 2019.
